Missing an arm, so he wears a prosthetic made from 'lost' technology. Though usually hidden under clothes, the rest of his body is covered in scars and old injuries patched up by wires or cybernetic implants.

Personality.
Presenting himself as goofy and cheerful, Vash tries to give an air of harmlessness in order to endear himself to others. He loves humanity, and his gentle nature manifests in staunch pacifism. He refuses to take lives, no matter how much he's hurt as a result.
On the other hand, he's feared as the 'Humanoid Typhoon' with a $$6,000,000 bounty on his head, considered a destructive force who wreaks havoc wherever he goes. He constantly lives on the run, scapegoated for atrocities he didn't commit, while trying to help those whose paths he crosses.
He's riddled with deep melancholy and guilt over his past, and while his love for humanity is genuine, he also wants to atone for the harm he feels complicit in causing them. This leads to a sacrificial tendency to the point of self-destruction, and a tendency to hold others at arm's length so they won't get hurt by getting too close to him.

For shipping and smut, I'd prefer we establish a dynamic first (discussed/handwaved or threaded). Vash tends to keep his distance by default and tends to be cagey about personal details, such as his past or his nature as an Independent Plant, and that coupled with his feelings of guilt and shame mean getting him to open up to intimacy can be a slow process.
For smut threads, I play Vash as having either equipment (or both) and can play with xeno elements, given he's a plant. Feel free to let me know what you prefer!
